Keynote Speaker - Sam Kabert SOUL/Life Balance: Try B.R.E.A.T.H. to Overcome Stress & Anxiety This program is for the leaders in the workplace who want to drastically shift the way we do business to prioritize mental health first. Before we can even get into changing the workplace to prioritize psychological safety; we must first address our own mental health and we can do so through the 6-Step B.R.E.A.T.H. Process. I'm giving you the exact blueprint I've used to transform my own life and that of my clients. If you're ready to rise above the chaos to cut through the noise and find inner stillness for yourself, then this program is exactly what you're looking for!" |
![]() | Alise Isbell Identifying Toxic Behavior Patterns We have all dealt with toxic behaviors. What if we could identify the problem patterns before engaging in relationships? It’s easy to see yelling and screaming. Those actions stand out. The real damage is usually hidden by a mask or concealed by someone’s carefully crafted image. Diagnosing or labeling people doesn't work, especially if we aren't licensed psychologists. What works is explaining and describing concrete, observable, and unproductive behaviors. This session shares practical concepts allowing you to avoid potential toxic situations or document bad behaviors if they already exist in your organization. Learning Objectives 1. Identify general and specific toxic or manipulative behavior patterns. 2. Recognize deception cues, minimizing language and blame shifting language. 3. Learn practical strategies to reveal someone's true nature and avoid or escape their toxicity. |

Dr. Nathan Mellor Leadership and Well Being: Maximizing Efficiency and Effectiveness While Maintaining Well Being and Self Care When describing the major problem in most organizations, the father of modern management, Peter Drucker, Ph.D. stated, “It is fundamentally the confusion between effectiveness and efficiency that stands between doing the right things and doing things right. There is surely nothing quite so useless as doing with great efficiency what should not be done at all.” Leaders have a responsibility to consider how to maximize effectiveness (doing the right thing) with efficiency (doing things right). In addition, they also have a responsibility to balance these organizational needs while also considering their personal well-being and the well-being of the member of their team. Through this content, participants will review how leaders can maximize effectiveness and efficiency without compromising well-being. |
