Have you recently graduated, just started a career in Human Resources, seeking a mid-career change into the HR field, or want to gain further knowledge in a particular HR skill-set, and you have 0-3 years of experience; then YOU are an emerging HR professional and joining this program may be the catalyst to assist you in accelerating your career!
Regardless of your level of education, the NTXSHRM Emerging HR Professionals Program is a venue available for you to learn, enhance, or simply freshen up your HR competencies through peer to peer coaching, workshops, seminars, and virtual meetings.
The NTXSHRM chapter believes the power of mentoring is a tool that can build confidence, personal growth and result in economic opportunity. Many of us would not be where we are today in our careers without the assistance and guidance of a mentor.
Based on the memberships need's assessment survey, we plan on offering a variety of networking resources and professional opportunities for emerging HR professionals to participate at minimal to no cost through a variety of selected meeting options.
To apply for participation in the Emerging HR Professional Program, you must be a member of the NTXSHRM Chapter.
