Regardless of your level of education or experience, the NTX SHRM Emerging HR Professionals Program is a venue available for you to learn, enhance, or simply freshen up your HR competencies through peer to peer coaching, workshops, seminars, and Zoom meetings.

The NTXSHRM chapter believes the power of mentoring is a tool that can build confidence, personal growth and result in economic opportunity. Many of us would not be where we are today in our careers without the assistance and guidance of a mentor.

Based on the memberships need's assessment survey planned for 2023, we plan on offering a variety of networking resources and professional opportunities for emerging HR professionals to participate at minimal to no cost through a variety of selected meeting options.

To apply for participation in the Emerging HR Professional Program, you must be a member of the NTX SHRM Chapter.
