Learning Experience Director
Richard first developed a passion for what learning can do for someone as a 19-year-old on the streets of Peru. Powerful principles can and should be life changing, at work and home. As he taught throughout college, he developed a passion for effective teaching and how it facilitates the change he saw in my students and when he was teaching in Peru. After graduating college and working in Human Resources, he saw firsthand how effective training increased employee retention, employee engagement and productivity and created an environment where people made significant changes to help their businesses grow and achieve the greatest things possible. Helping organizations on an individual and corporate level is what keeps him doing the job that he does now.
