Kay Schroeder
North Central Texas College
Associate Vice Chancellor, Human Resources
Experienced Human Resources executive with a demonstrated history of working in the financial, manufacturing, and higher education industries. Kay has served the chapter twice as President, and prior, served as VP of Programs, Conference Planning, and Vice-President. She's also served on the scholarship committee.
Kay's leadership style at work is to teach those in her area, so that they can grown in their own careers. She believe that can easily be applied to professional organizations, where volunteer roles can seem daunting. If we teach those who are newer, we'll always have a pipeline for new leaders.

Community Relations Director Scott Wood IFI Training VP Training Solutions During his 35 years in the training industry, Scott has worked with several well known training companies that have amazing content and good delivery but still failed to "move the needle". He now works with IFI Training because they care about one thing and one thing only - transferring skills business professionals need. I firmly believe training is only successful if it changes behavior permanently. IFI stands behind that promise. |
Workforce Readiness Director Richard Wood IFI Training Learning Experience Director Richard first developed a passion for what learning can do for someone as a 19 year-old on the streets of Peru. Powerful principles can and should be life changing, at work and home. As he taught throughout college, he developed a passion for effective teaching and how it facilitates the change he saw in my students and when he was teaching in Peru. After graduating college and working in Human Resources, he saw firsthand how effective training increased employee retention, employee engagement and productivity and created an environment where people made significant changes to help their businesses grow and achieve the greatest things possible. Helping organizations on an individual and corporate level is what keeps him doing the job that he does now. |
