The Employee Experience -

Combating the Great Resignation

Presented by: Tonya Bradford

What does employee experience mean in the wake of a labor shortage, the great resignation, the war for attracting and retaining talent, all in an era of flexible/remote work?  Organizations who take intentional steps to focus on their employee experience (EX) are able to drive high performing employee experiences and achieve better people and business outcomes.  Join us to hear the latest statistics and learn how organizations are tackling EX to respond to current market challenges.

Tonya Bradford is a Managing Director for WTW and is a regional leader for the Employee Experience business in North America. Tonya’s daily focus includes partnering with organizations to ensure their approach to hiring, organizing and growing talent will help them achieve their business ambitions.
