Nicole Morgan is the owner of Morgan Medicare Solutions, LLC, and a licensed insurance agent specializing in Medicare and retirement protection plans. Based in Sherman, Texas, Nicole brings over 20 years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist, having worked across all healthcare settings—acute care, outpatient, home health, skilled nursing, and community-based services. This clinical foundation gives her a unique perspective on the healthcare needs of aging adults.
Nicole transitioned into the insurance industry in 2016, leveraging her deep understanding of Medicare and senior care to help retirees confidently navigate their healthcare options. She is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA), a Certified Geriatric Care Professional, a Long-Term Care Specialist, and holds Medicare Certification through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals (NABIP), where she remains an active member and serves on the board at the state and local levels.

She partners with employers to help reduce the stress and confusion that employees often face when approaching Medicare eligibility. By equipping these professionals with a basic understanding of Medicare and access to a value-added resource, she ensures they can confidently support their employees in transitioning to Medicare with ease and clarity.
