When we demonstrate grace under fire, we demonstrate a professional prowess that separates the good from the unforgettable. We develop our ‘go-to’ emotional processing at a very early age, and for a while, it works well.  However, as we take on more responsibility and experience more stress, accessing a range of emotions becomes critical to increasing your own personal and professional effectiveness.

    Participants will:

    •    Discover what emotional intelligence truly is

    •    Identify behavioral markers of underdeveloped and developed EQ

    •    Shift their mindset as to the importance of emotions in the workplace

    •    Learn specific techniques to identify opportunities to access more relevant emotions when under stress

This training addresses HR skill specific areas of

    •    Business Management Strategy,

    •    Change Management,

    •    Employee Relations,

    •    & HR Development

by introducing participants to techniques to increase the effectiveness in relationships through creating awareness of their own underdeveloped EQ that could be building barriers to personal, department, and organization success.

The awareness gained during this session can better enable participants to interpret information in a more logical manner thus getting to a higher quality resolution.  The training will also support their role in leading change by increasing their effectiveness with leaders, employees, and partners.

The techniques shared in this training are such that they may be applied immediately back at the office when interacting with others when it counts, and we know it all counts.
