Reasonable accommodations under the ADA can cause employers a lot of anxiety. The ADA has few bright lines, but it does tell employers what questions to ask and when. In this presentation, participants will learn when they can ask medical related questions and when they can’t. They will discover how to navigate the interactive process. And, they will learn what disability related issues are points of emphasis with the EEOC.
