    Compensation Strategy and Design

Creating a framework considering the new world of work

    Presented by Pamela Murray

Director of Talent & Rewards, Willis Towers Watson

    Webinar: Thursday, June 24th 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

**This will be our last virtual luncheon**

    Session Objectives:

    • Learn why transformation of the workplace and 2020 has many organizations looking closer at their compensation strategy and processes.
    • Learn how to meet disparate and imposing demands by creating (or revising) your compensation strategy to deliver the right compensation to the right employee segments in the right way.
    • Learn why pay equity is no longer good enough and how pay transparency can help your organization battle mis-information.

The rapid transformation of the global workplace and the host of challenges and spotlight on equity that 2020 brought resulted in many organizations rethinking and refining how they compensate employees and create frameworks that enable them to attract and retain talent and optimize HR spend in an equitable and meaningful manner.

Compensation and rewards program design is critical to effectively attract, engage and retain talent, yet compensation programs are inherently complex and not easily understood.  Organizations today are not only looking to simplify complex pay decisions but also prioritize factors that include rewarding skills that help meet future objectives, compete effectively for coveted talent (that may be geographically dispersed), recognize the growing global movement to establish gender pay equality and ensure that top performers are adequately rewarded for their contribution.   Join us to hear how to get compensation fundamentals right and modernize your rewards strategy.
