Building an Effective Culture For Productivity and Employee Development

12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Speaker Presentation

Presented by Susan Wood

Why Culture Matters and What to Do About It

During this session we will discuss culture and the impact culture has on productivity and other important key performance indicators. Do you and your boss see the same picture when you talk about culture? How do you really get buy-in from your boss to improve culture in your organization? Where does culture come from? We'll talk about these and other concerns that impact the overall health of your organization and ultimately your job. Join us for a lively, interactive session and leave with some clear action steps to improve your organization's effectiveness.

What are the defining characteristics of a healthy company culture? What's working and what's missing in your organization? Can your culture be improved? How? During the session, you'll get an easy-to-use tool to put together a customized Culture Improvement Plan.

Susan H. Wood is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive for IFI Training.

Susan started IFI Training in 1995. She believed she could make a difference by giving individuals the skills they need to succeed in work and in life. That became our goal at IFI -- change the world one individual at a time. "When work is easier to do, everything you do outside of work gets better too. Change happens best when tools and principles are applied regularly and consistently -- becoming better one drop at a time. Susan works to improve people and the organizations they work for through workshops and presentations.

Susan has been instrumental in building a curriculum of workshops to transfer skills, leading workshops in organizations of all sizes across the United States.
