Segment 2 –  Returning to Work - To Test or Not to Test

Employers across the country are bringing workforces back to the office, many never closed the office.  What is the right move and how do you create a safe environment for returning employees or those that never left?  While this is a unique business decision we know that there is misinformation around screening and testing.  During this discussion we will focus on the following areas:

·         Strategies being used by employers

·         Items to Consider

Amanda-Rae Garcia is an experienced professional with a background overseeing corporate development strategies as related to enterprise solutions, with direct program implementation involving human capital, risk management, operational management, technology and health/welfare endeavors. She has spent her career focusing and developing an expertise and specialty in corporate wellbeing solutions for organizations. 

In her most recent role she passionately serves as the Wellness Director for Marsh McLennan Agency Southwest.  Amanda-Rae serves as the lead consultant and health promotion resource for   MMA Benefit clients’ through-out the southwest region.  Amanda-Rae is responsible for strategy consultation for all client health and welfare needs that encompass initiating programming to more advanced population health management.  In her first year with MMA Amanda-Rae developed the Wellness brand for the region and increased wellness client engagement by 26%.
